To begin with, the location of this hotel is very ideal place near to Silicon Hub and It offers a very peaceful and pleasant stay! The room had a good view, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team was friendly, patient and helpful. Their home-like-hospitality impressed me the most. Definitely recommending this to someone who is looking for a good stay in Blore and great hospitality!

A nice cozy place..the room is a tad small for my liking. The food was really nice. What makes this a great place is the hospitality. They were super helpful with anything that I asked for. The location is great with a metro station within 500m and lots of eating joints in walkable distance. Very accessible at any point of time. They have 3 4-wheeler parking right in front of the hotel and under security supervision.

Very good stay overall! Location is very convenient as it’s close to more central areas of Bangalore without all the chaos. Indiranagar is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of great options for dining and shopping! Room was spacious enough and clean. Wi-Fi was provided but didn’t always work. The hotel also has a restaurant, I’ve enjoyed both my meals there! Breakfast could be improved though. Overall it’s also quite clean, but I didn’t appreciate that guests could leave their in-room dinner leftovers outside their door, I saw the dirty dishes stay overnight in the corridor or near the elevator, which is probably not a good idea to keep the place nice and clean. Service was punctual and polite. Would defo recommend to someone coming to Bangalore!

Pros: Hotel is in good location. Metro, Bus stops are nearby Rooms are clean and well maintained Cons: There are only 3 car parking space available. If you go by car, this place will not be suitable. Bathrooms are very very small Wifi and TV are there for namesake. It won't work properly. Wifi will be slow, many channels won't come up in TV. This is world cup time and cricket was not coming up in TV

The hotel is great, and the facilities were really good, however, after checking out, the manager miscalculated, and "forgot" to collect Rs. 141 from me. They pestered me for 2 days to send the money, even though it was their fault. I finally paid the amount Rs. 150, so that they would stop eating my head! Very unprofessional, I'm disappointed in this one aspect alone. Rest all was good.

This probably has to be the worst hotel in the world. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I went with my friend to her room to help her get the bags out so that she could check out and he stared saying you have to pay extra 1000 rs because your friend stayed with you at our hotel. When we told him that we went upstairs just 15 min ago in front of him to carry the bags then he started saying that visitors cannot go in our hotel without asking us first and hence 1000 rs you have to pay. Is this how you harass and exploit your customers? My friend had booking there via corporate arrangement and he started saying we are going to charge extra 1000 rs to your company now. He was elder to me and out of respect to his age I didn't say much to him but told him that whatever he was saying wasn't making sense and that no hotel in the world changes 1000 rs if visitors enter. To that he rudely said that our hotel is different from other hotels in the world and we have different rules. Later on when I asked him further explanation on this statement probably he got embarrassed by his own actions and the he blatantly said that he didn't want to talk to me and then we left. This is how this person was ungrateful towards his hotel's customers. This is the worst experience I had at any hotel in my life. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away from it.

Worst experience ever. As I have selected MAP for my stay. They are saying they don't have an option for that. And the taste of each and every thing I ordered was so much worse than any local shop food. I ordered mosambi juice instead and he gave me muskmelon juice. I asked him what this was , and he said mosambi juice. I told show how mosambi looks like , He handed me a muskmelon. I don't know, if you are taking so much charges then why are you providing such a worst service to customers.

Regenta Inn is like a second home to me in Bangalore! I have been staying here very frequently, at least a couple of days each month and sometimes even a whole week during the past three years. It's a very well managed smallish hotel with polite and helpful management and staff. The central location in Indira Nagar makes it very convenient for people with work/business in the Eastern part of Bangalore City.
